Refund and Return Policy for Amori Gold
Thank you for shopping at Amori Gold. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Due to our startup nature and the need to manage our cash flow effectively, we have adopted a more stringent refund and return policy. Please review the following terms carefully.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are only accepted for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@amorigold.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Items on sale or discounted items are also ineligible for return.
Return Process
- Upon review and approval of your return request, we will provide instructions on how to send back the item.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee
- For returns of items with a value greater than $500, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are strictly limited to defective or damaged products.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@amorigold.com.
