Return Eligibility

• Returns are only accepted for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
• All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Items on sale or discounted items are also ineligible for return.

Return Process

• Upon review and approval of your return request, we will provide instructions on how to send back the item.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

• For returns of items with a value greater than $500, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

• Refunds are strictly limited to defective or damaged products.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges
